The process of immigration approval on certain long stay business visas has been redesigned to facilitate immigration clearances within a short period.

Our Process

Our affiliate is able to source people by advertisement and from their database, who meet your job description requirements which, if necessary, we will help you develop.

Once candidates are identified we submit them to you for consideration and suggest clients fly to our Manila office where you will be met by our Philippines contact. (AUD$1300 return airfare, local 5 Star Hotel AUD$125pn).

Our fee is based on a percentage of a year’s annual gross salary of the new employee peut être trouvé ici. 50% of this fee is payable on selection in Manila and the remaining 50% is payable on the employee’s arrival in Australia.

We arrange health checks for immigration and this service is included in our fee.

There are some nominal migration fees to meet. The migration fees include a one off sponsorship fee for the group, and a nomination and a visa fee for each applicant. These fees amount to less than $300 per person for groups of 10 or more. If you wish we will provide assistance with the immigration paperwork (included in our fee) which will obviate the requirement for a migration agent.

We provide a three month guarantee on each placement. Should you need to replace a person within three months you are only responsible for the return airfare for the outgoing employee.

Your company is responsible for return airfares. Your company is responsible for collection of the employee from the airport; and settling in and orientation on arrival in Australia.

Medical insurance is an important requirement and is available for around $150 per month per employee. This entitles a person to the same benefits as under Medicare.
